Our edible freeze dried natural flowers are grown and freeze dried in Dorset UK. Each flower is prepared by hand and freeze dried over a week which allows the petals to be preserved with their original shape and colour.

This is the full rainbow collection of our small natural freeze-dried edible viola flowers. Use to decorate and garnish your cakes or culinary creations both savoury and sweet, or to decorate cocktails or mocktails.

20 flower heads of our edible freeze dried small violas should be enough to decorate a 20cm cake. When we have used these petals to decorate cakes we found that no edible glue was needed, simply press the petals on to butter icing.

Our edible freeze dried flower petals are packed in attractive grip seal, light resistant, airtight bags. The petals retain their original structure and will last for a minimum of 3 months if kept cool, dark and dry.
